Akshay Kumar out, Deepika opts for Rajnikant.

Deepika Padukone has finally chosen superstar Rajnikahnt over Akshay Kumar. Last week, news had it that Deepika was approached for a film opposite Rajinikanth, but the actress couldn't decide due to unavailability of dates. .But now, Deepy has finally made her choice.

The actress has apparently stepped out Housefull sequel opposite Akshay Kumar and decided to work with Rajnikant (Who wouldn't want to work with the superstar after the stupendous success of Robot???). Though rumors have it that Akki is not really happy with Deeps, Deepika on the other hand feels the bargain is worth it. However, Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of Housefull, seems to have no issues with the actress over her opting out from the film. He does understands Deepika's professional decision and respects it.

The film titled Rana, the superstar will be seen in a triple role. The film will be produced by his daughter Saundarya Rajinikanth. Deepika has heard the script and liked it.

This is surely like a dream come true for Deepika…
