They showed in d promo k akruti was walking on top of d balcony abt 2 jump she was remembering d scenes(daksh bhabi telling vibha k d boy wont select akruti n k by wearing naina's clothes akruti cant becom naing then naina shouts n tels akruti k what r u doing also daksh was shown running.

yayy! maha epi! can't wait....wonder what will happen to poor akriti

hmm actually i think it might something like naina says or does something that makes akriti stop trying to commit suicide and then daksh likes her even more 😆
