	Karisma Kapoor's marriage blues are affecting Abhishek Bachchan too ?

In the wake of the runaway success of 'Rang De Basanti', the UTV-Rakeysh Mehra engagement has just got stronger. UTV has sealed a three-film deal with Mehra. Two of the proposed films are already in development.
While 'Delhi 6' - the title comes from the postal number of the area where the director grew up - will be a relationship movie revolving around a wedding. Current heartthrob Abhishek is signed up to play the protagonist. Om Puri, Atul Kulkarni and Divya Dutta also have been roped in for plying important roles in the film. However who will play the female lead, hasn't been fixed yet.

As per the rumours Karishma Kapoor has been approached for the role. Karishma has been in the tinsel town for last couple of months and she is keen to make her comeback in films. Even there was a rumour that Karishma has approached Yash Chopra for a role.

Karisma Kapoor's marriage blues are affecting Abhishek Bachchan too. While the two may have parted ways long ago, that doesn't stop Small B from feeling sorry for his former ladylove.

"I am extremely hurt because of the recent developments in Karisma's life. Although I am in no position to point fingers or say who's responsible for the whole mess, I do feel sorry for the fact that Karisma is going through such an upheaval and having a tough time. "I know she's going through a lot of mental stress because of her marital discord. I can only pray to God that she gets some peace of mind soon. I also wish that her daughter Samaira is able to lead a very comfortable life," he says.

Abhishek, who after his break-up with Karishma hasn't done any film with her, says he have no qualms in doing film with Karishma.
So it's all depending up on Karishma, if she agrees share screen space with Abhishek again.

because he still loves karishma alot i could see it in his eye , he only married ASH to show karishma and her mom that he can marry much good looking woman in the world than her daughter .😊

RDB was 2006 or 2007...long time ago!...this article is old...came out before abhi-ash were even together...

That article is from 2006 right after the success of RDB when Delhi6's casting was going on...

and they have used his interview from 2005... Ash was not even in his life back then...

Abhishek, who is riding high after the box office success of films like Bunty aur Babli, Sarkar and Dus, admits that his own marriage plans are on hold for the moment.

"I am not very keen to get tie the knot in near future. My mom and relatives keep asking me the same question. But I have been telling everyone that marriage is not on my list of priorities for another 3-4 years," he says.
