Apara enters Saat Phere

Her much hyped euthanasia track in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, is over. Apara Mehta has now moved on, to Sunjoy Waddhwa's Saat Phere.

The actress will be seen as Kaki, someone who is funny, yet vicious. It is learnt that the character resents Saloni and is very dramatic.
Excited about her role, Apara said, "If you remember my character Paro, in Ek Mahal Ho Sapnon Ka, then Kaki in Saat Phere is quite similar.

She's very chulbuli and colourful. After my exit in Kyunki, I got a call from many producers and shows, but decided to be choosy and take what I enjoyed."

When asked about her look, Apara said, "I am playing a glamorous character and she's the same age as I. I will be leaving my hair open and plan to wear colourful outfits. Kaki is sweet from the outside but inside, she's always hatching plans."

Mehta enters Saat Phere tonight and will be an integral part of the show in coming weeks.
