SGP Poetry Time: Ishaan agar kavi hota to?

My third short attempt at writing, all courtsey SGP! This is more like Ishaan's description of his journery so far, couldnt make it completely poetic

I should have made the post yesterday, but was so engrossed in watching suahan kashyap's declaration
that couldnt write.

It has been an indeed long journey,

I didnt know that love at first sight exists
But started believing in it when I saw you for the first time
I was excited to know that you are willing to marry me
There was a spring in my step at the prospect of marrying me
Eyes were filled with dreams of our future, which came crashing down on our first night
Each day of life appeared to be a sad nightmare
Your eyes were filled with dreams of an unknown person
Your eyes couldn't see the love in my eyes
I wished you understand all that was never said
Every time you cried, I wanted to but couldnt wipe your tears away,
Your tears showed in my eyes
My smile showed on yours
Every time I tried to understand you, you became more of a mystery to me
I wished for a life together with you, you wished a life away
Gradually, you began smiling, first at me, then with my family and now along with me
Every step that you took away from me led you towards me
And now we are bound together not by force but by love.

I do think that har baat bolna aasan nahi hota but at the same time bolna bhi jaroori hota hai !

Yes, I use to write short stories and poems, nothing big , never got published or anything. Helped me a lot during my teaching career of 1-5 year old children, stories in an instant!!!! so they always loved it, my children were the same, bed time stoies were always made there and then !!!!! I love poetry of subcontinent, they are close to my heart.

Khena tum jo chahatay ho,
woh dhadkan meri janti hai
teri har nazar mai hai pyar chuppa
meri nazar issay phechanti hai
toh kahay kabhi kay ya naa kahay
teri har dua mujhay maangti hai
Ab khena sunna aur hai kiya
tumahy payar sirf mujhee say hai
Teri Dhadkan jo mujh say jo kheti hai
ab toh sari dunya he ye janti hai

jawab haasir hai

Meri har dhadkan tumhare pyaar ko mahsoos kar sakti hai
Ankhen tumhare unkahe shabdon ko padh sakti hai
Dil tumhare unkahe jazbaat sun sakta hai
Magar fir bhi aaj, man woh baat sunne ko bekrar hai
Mehsoos karna chahti hoon Saanson ka tej hona
Mehsoos karna chahti hoon Chehre kaa surkh hona
Aaj tumse nazre milakar tumhare dil ki baatein sunna chahti hoon
Sunna chahte hoon woh saare un kahe jazbaat
Taki apne dil ko samjha sakoon ki yeh koi galat fahmi nahi hai
Haqeeqat hai, khwab nahi
Haqeeqat hai, mere dil ki nadani nahi
Sunkar khud par ithlana chahti hoon
Sunna chahte hoon woh saare sapney jo tumne dekhe hai
