Hello Tere Liyans!!🤗 Happy New Year!😃 Now that's what we call a 'happy' new year!😎 We have a very special occasion to celebrate, a milestone to cherish in the very first week of the first month of the first year of this new decade!!!

One hundred and fifty days of drooling over Taanu romance

One hundred and fifty days of romance galore
None of these one hundred and fifty days have been a bore
For Tere Liye will continue to entertain us forever

Tere Liye, as the name suggests, is all about living for each other and 'selfelessly' loving each other to the extent of sacrificing your life and soul for the other without second thoughts.... It's an Eternal Love Story of two childhood best friends Anurag and Taani - their journey from friendship to love, their realisation of special feelings towards each other, enhancement of trust and faith in each other by each passing moment, standing by each other in every circumstance, and most importantly selflessly living and loving just for each other....😍 It is the exploration of the strong yet intangible bond of this selfless and purest form of love that TaAnu share!❤️ Tackling and cracking through all the negativity persisting, it is all about how two lovers who are not only physically but also spiritually and emotionally bonded to each other, manage to still keep loving each other with a complete selfless motive and victorize over all the plotting and scheming!🥳
This much speculated and eagerly awaited show started its journey on the 14th of June 2010.... The very first shot of this show gave the viewers an entirely unexpected feel... Viewers were impressed by Tere Liye in the very first episode itself, and many got totally hooked onto it in the very first week! It got a grand opening with TRP 4, thus standing proudly among the top StarPlus shows!⭐️
The USP of Tere Liye lies in the unique concept, different approach and ofcourse the extremely talented cast! It's so surprising to see that every episode does surprise the viewers - be it in a positive or negative way😆 - but the bottomline is it is unpredictable and that's one reason that makes it a show class apart....👏 How much ever we scratch our heads, at the end the next episode ends up in a way you never expected things to turn out!🤣 It has been majorly succesful in keeping the local (read:who do not think logic when we talk about BT!🤣) audiences hooked to the show, with a keen curiosity (which many shows have failed at) - probably because though we find alot of BT characteristics in this BT show, it has still managed to take a slightly different turn, though that too maybe some new BT way!😆
One of the most vital factors contributing to Tere Liye's success is it's amazing cast! Right from the kidos to the present-day leads, Tere Liye has been blessed with talented and matured actors who manage to convey the different characters which aren't superficial but are more human... This might be the very first show where the lead characters , that is, Anurag and Taani are NOT entirely perfect...!! They make mistakes, regret it, pay for it, ammend their mistakes -- and So they seem to us like someone amongst us! The actors Devarsh Thakkar and Prachi Deshmukh, who essayed the role of the teens Anurag and Taani respectively, got us attached to these characters through their innocent yet mature expressions!👏 The lead actors, Harshad Chopda and Anupriya Kapoor won hearts in less than a week after the 10-year leap!👍🏼 Their onscreen as well as offscreen chemistry is greatly appreciated by all of us!😍 They are actors who have put in life into characters which are menat to not-so-perfect and have made us fall in love with them through their beautiful portrayal of every emotion...⭐️
Another special thing is that though the leads manage to keep us captivated throughout the 30 minutes everyday, the rest of the cast and characters never go unnoticed -- something that rarely happens in today's TV soaps.... Every actor - be it the protagonists, the antogonists or the supporting cast - is behind the immense success and appreciation that Tere Liye has garnered within a span of about 7 months (Yea TL will be completing 7 months in another week)! Kudos to the entire team for putting in so much hardwork and dedication, for making us love/hate the characters, for making us laugh😆 and cry😭 with you and ofcourse drool😍.....!!👏

Tere Liye was always supposed to be a 'dark' love story with the leads having to face tragedies coming along their way, but it also promises them both to be destined to reunite come what may! As much as the essence and spirit of 'Tere Liye' lies in the strong trust and faith in selfless love, it also marks a journey of winning over tragedies and unfavourable circumstances, making us believe that though separation is inevitable, reunion is also inevitable the same way!😍 The basic foundation of Anurag and Taani's relationship is their childhood friendship but the fact that were already married to each other in their very teenage also deserves credit...😍 It clearly emphasises on how both are soulmates, are made Only for each other and are meant to be together....❤️ We hope and pray this very essence of our beloved show remains intact forever!⭐️

We adored Robby when he used to behave like a child
We were annoyed with Taposh, and especially with Shekhar
Compared to Nupur even Purple Wig was better
We bore Ananya's banshee screaming
And Onu's eyes had us all dreaming
Neelu and Laboni continued to smile
We had some troublesome time for a while
Along the way we made many friends
And our craziness will never come to an end
so here's to all the fans who supported those one-hundred and fifty episodes
And stuck with TL through all its modes
