pls pls pls help!!!

i just CANT post pictures... i dunno why...

my screen does not show the upload icon... the only one available is this one!!!

i have saved all the pics in a file on my computer... and when i click on then it says i need a url! obviously it's not on a web page so how ON EARTH do i UPLOAD a pic and then paste it???

pls help me!!
