Analysis of Aish's demeanor at Big Star Awards

Ok, I am not bashing my favorite. I am posting this because I wanted everyone's take on this. This is meant to be as constructive criticism only.

😛 Ok, I love Aish, but please here me out for what I am about to say. I taped that Big Star Entertainment Awards show and analyzed every part when they showed Aish. Her clothes were amazing as usual. But, I am getting weird vibes about how she is portrayed in the public eye. This is what I noticed:

- When Dhamendra won an award and Amitabh didn't, Aish looked irritated (I guess she wants her pa to win, that is justified)

- When Arbaaz Khan won an award for the movie Dabaang and mentioned Salman Khan, Aish didn't look happy (of course we know the reason)

- When Vidya Balan won best actress for Ishqiya (Aish didn't smile when she won, I thought they didn't have issues. If they are doing Vishal Bhadwarj's next together, there should be no issue here).

- When Aish won the award for decade film actor, she looked like "Oh I knew I was going to win." There was no element of surprise here!

Ok, you probably all think I am overanalyzing, but this show portrays Aish as some person who is insecure. I don't want to think the worst, but obviously I get these impressions by her mannerisms and demeanor. Has marriage to Abhishek changed her a lot? It looks like Aish is in a very enviable position which most actresses her age do not get! She is married in a royal family, big-banner projects, and I think people are intimidated by her at these awards shows!

Was she just having a bad day at this awards show? I thought the awards show was lame and dull. Maybe she was damn bored!

Your take on this?! 😲

Have you seen the KWK episode with her and Abhi? Because her behavior seems pretty consistent then

I feel like at times she's sweet but then at other times she has a "nasty" side to her too...you just never see it unless you read her body language very closely, because she hides it behind diplomacy. That's why I have this love-hate relationship with her. I like how she demonstrates Indian values and she's always proper and elegant. But then I'll despise her because of her comments and facial expressions that reveal that she thinks she's better than everyone else because of her "family".

I think after being called the "most beautiful woman in the world" and being put on a pedestal every single time she meets someone new, that she's become more than just over-confident😉

I didn't see the show so can't comment on the goings on. But I do know that they often show clips of peoples reactions inappropriately. For example, throughout the show they will film certain celebrities, and then edit the clips to add them in different places to portray things like this.

At the end of the day, we are all human and I am sure Aish has reasons for her responses on KWK. Karan gets to personal sometimes. He asked Sanjay Dutt, "what would you do with Madhuri Dixit in an elevator?" What a stupid question to ask, they are both married and happy. What is the need to ask a question like this? I think the questions Karan asks are sometimes really inappropriate. However, I think Aish giggles to much and this has come across over the last several years now, this is nothing new! Did you see that video where all the stars were giving their commentary on Aish/Abhi? There is one author (I think her name is Shobha De) who said, "If only she gets rid of that giggle." I thought that was constructive criticism. I don't think Aish handles criticism well, but that's ok. She giggled when that author said it. Aish seems like a happy and jovial person not to let trivial things bother her. But, it has been so many years since the Salman Khan thing passed and Karan cannot even ask questions about him on KWK. She always has a mad look on her face when Salman is mentioned and we all know the reason why. I think if Aish always giggles and her demeanor is like this, it is who she is. We can't change it, only she can if she wants to! 😊

I never EVER think of any celebrity as perfect! I'm not stupid; I know they are flawed, each and every single one of them!

My issue with Aish is not her giggle even though it is ridiculously annoying. To me, there's something off about her, but that's just my pov just as you have your own.

But did you actually see the KWK? I wasn't referring to her responses but more her body language throughout its duration

Yes, I noticed the body language. She doesn't answer every question and Karan criticized her for that. She always reverts back with something else. I see her around Abhishek and how protective she is. Anyway, I don't know what to make of it, but whatever impression she gives, that is what we will see!

These award shows are not telecast live.... On the editing table cut and paste is done to make it sensational and to add masala and gossip....

Coming to Ash.... I dont think she would give over the top expressions to show her displeasure, nastiness... She has this typical Ash way of expressing her displeasure in a very subtle way......

and coming to expressing displeasure in not winning something or her Paa or Pati not winning something or for that matter any star too who does not win something.... of course they will get upset... good or bad performance bias will be there......

What better example than this forum..... a worthy performance or a trashy performance... the fans think their fav is the best.... 😉.
