His smile washed away with the sight. His face turned pale. He didn't have time to say another word and she was already standing on the rim & she turned to face him. She cried innocently wanting him to believe her, her deewangi. There was no fear in her eyes she just stepped backward looking at him with tears in her eyes,her eyes kept him captive as it moved lower & lower. He ran towards her & jumped out, leaning out, holding her hand pulling her up with all his strength. She hit her head on the wall while swinging in mid air. He lifted her upward, crying geet ..geet..he hugged in her arms & kissed her madly, like it was his life like he just got his heart beating in his bear hands. She cried I love you & fainted bleeding. He didn't quiet understand what happened to her. He lifted her in his arms & rushed down the steps, impatiently waited for the lift, there was no point taking her to his house, he or nakul couldn't have sone much to her so he made his way to the main gate..took a cab & went to her house. Carrying & running inside & screaming mama..mama...!!rano & maid came out seeing holding geet. He lay her on the sofa & cried sab meri wajahse huwa, mama geet, mama meri geet ko dehko na, he kept cupping her face & crying to rano. Rano looked at geet, she looked fine with just a small swelling on her forehead but her skirt was soaked in blood. She understood & consoled maan, she fine usse kuch nahi huwa hain.
Maan - nahi mama, woh kuch bol kyun nahi rahi hain, dehko na kitna khoon...he could even voice it out. Rano hugged him & patted his back, she is fine.. she was down with fever last month & abhi.. she pauses & says weakness hogyee hain thats why she fainted. She tells the servant to make her lay inside. Maan doesn't let any one come near geet. He lifts her & takes her to her bedroom.
Maan - mama doctor ko nahi bulana?
Rano - nahi beta she is fine
maan - woh kab uttha gi?
Rano - let her rest for some time, challo have some water.
He looked really worn out & tensed.
Rano gave him a glass of water & asked him to have

he half heartedly went out & paced restlessly in the hall.
Rano came out after 30mins - she is perfectly fine & sleeping now. Tum uss se kal millena

rano smiled & nodded.
He rushed up the steps & stood near the door & watched her. Rano had changed her into her night dress & she was cuddled up in her spread with tear trail in her eyes. His eyes moist seeing that. Rano kissed him on his forehead & told him there is nothing to worry. He hugged her sobbing, feeling guilty.
Rano - tumhare koi galti nahi, woh tho hain tumhari deewani, kuch hosh nahi rahta usse,
rano mocks she thinks tum badal rahen ho, she doesn't realize she is also growing.
Maan feels little better. He goes back home & punishes himself. He punches the wall with bare hand until it doesn't kill the pain with in him.
Geet wakes up calling his name & crying with stomach crunches. She gets up to run out, rano comes & shouts at her. Kanha ja rah ho tum.
Geet - maan
rano - u can't go out anywhere for 5days
geet - nahi mujhe jana hain
rano - u have started with your periods
geet was dumb stuck & looked at her stomach & went in the wash room. She sat on the commode cuddled up. Rano explained it is normal & will last 5days. She explained her how to place the pad & take adequate rest. Her friends came to meet her in the evening. Arohi was only left odd one out now. Meera - which pad are you using?

ridz - whats the point ultra thin, we will have to change it that often.

Geet looked at herself in the mirror, not able to understand what they meant. She wondered if maan meant the same thing.

Meera & ridz laugh. Arohi & geet innocently look at them.
Meera - u need to wear bras stupid.
Geet - usse kya hota hain
meera - Bras provide support for the breasts and keep breasts from sagging while you wear them.
ridz - uff geet u r such a duffer
geet makes a baby face
ridz - it looks so indecent otherwise
geet was shocked InDeCeNt!!!! she just realized that's what maan hinting to all the while. She felt ashamed of herself. She didn't know how to face maan again.
