Yashodhara hates Nivedita and it is evident from her words and actions. She is all praises for the Parattas till she comes to know that it was made by Nivedita. My doubt is that problems for Nivedita in the Sood Household are created by Yashodhara along with an accomplice possibly Chanchal or Lalji. There are some actions of Dadi which points to her involvement in the crime.
- We see her giving ashirwad to Nivedita the day after Chanchal says that she is accepting Nivedita as Bahu when her expressions earlier was that of shock. There is a good chance that Chanchal might have convinced Dadi that they should behave nicely to Nivedita in front of Viren and could torture her in his absence.
- When she asks Nivedita to take the can to the store room and keep it there she also tells that there should not be any mistake. Once Nivedita takes the Can and goes to the storeroom Dadi is seen looking upwards as if giving signal to someone.
- Yashodhara is the one who asks Nivedita to go and keep the family diya in the Kitchen when actually she does not even acknowledge Nivedita as Sood family Bahu.
