A few words... MKAP started out as a serial to make the audience aware of the harassment/empowerment of women. Somewhere down the line, unfortunately it went off track, showing the women, completely devoid of any brains or self respect, literate or otherwise, where married women are just fobbing off their husbands for a second marriage.The so called 'padi-likkhi' ones just meander without any forethought - in terms of revenge/marriage. The men, again literate or otherwise get away with anything under the sun.
We audiences are not fools to lap up whatever you so called CVs dole out . Give us a break! We have better things to do than to gear up to watch such stupidity.Don't test our patience or our IQ.How can you CV's overlook significant flaws - like for eg. at the mandap - when Aman's wife turns turtle, Pratigya and Krishna could have easily exposed her lie - her father is a criminal in jail- the IG would be the first to jump - he is so duty bound as he so effectively showed at the time of the engagement.Also, if Aman claims the lady in question is only his client - then pray where is her 'husband'? Where is the case file - what case is he following up? Ask for the 'husband's photo? . The lady's 'husband' has to have some identity - a name , a photo??If the IG was sharp enough, after at least seeing the photographs, he would think these over.For a man who is so unforgiving in dealing with his youngest son, he is so 'soft' and trusting when his second son is implicated with bigamy which is such a serious charge?How could Krishna be so ineffective when Pratigya gets slapped by Arushi? He chickens out when Shakti warns him to stay away. This is so unlike his character since he tolerates no nonsense even from his parents when they taunt Pratigya. One would expect him to gouge Arushi's eyes out and pull out all her hair for even daring to lay a hand on Pratigya! ( Remember he was willing to take the gun on that unfaithful wife whose husband came asking for justice?)The crowning glory in this whole episode is Arushi - out to take revenge on her elder sister and in the process ends up teaching herself a lesson by marrying Shakti, of all people! The lady despite being so educated,could not see beyond 'marriage' at that point of time, and nothing would induce her to see or do otherwise. Despite Pratigya warning Arushi and her parents time and again, such an educated family lacks the basic common sense at least to check out for themselves as to what it could be about? Come on, especially after the situation and circumstances under which Pratigya had to marry Krishna, you would expect the parents to be doubly careful! How did they so brazenly go forward with the marriage without even enquiring? Doesn't Arushi have a brain of her own to think?This is an insult to educated people.Are the CV's trying to show that those who are literate are so brainless? The TRPs of this show are going down the drain for sure. Be assured that you are not going to be around for the next awards function, at least at the rate at which you are going.
