There is only one parivaar in the house, the Tiwari parivaar[Manoj,Shweta,Sameer], who they go against, that person gets nominated. The Tiwari parivaar has the policy of not nominating any one from their group. Given the Manoj ji's mood swings, his being suspicious of Shweta nominating him, this parivaar will start to bicker and target each other in the coming week.
