Cvs!Kn & A marraige is illegal. Stop this!

Hello Cvs,

How is this marraige even possible? We are in the 21st century not in some prehistoric era where this kind of incidents would take place. Marrying a second time with one wife living is an act of bigamy and is punishable in the eyes of law. I am appalled by the fact that you guys are showing this kind of audacity over national television.

What kind of message is it showing ?

I am a lawyer in America and here we have rights to complain against showing indecent and unlawful activities against channels. I am going to gather information whether I can do the same for Indian channels or not. And please be assured I will take every step possible that I have to take to stop you from showing Bigamy on national television. This is not right and being an lawyer I cannot let it happen. I know I might fail to stop you, but I will try my best.

I had really begun to like your show. I like Krishna and Pratigya's character and wanted to see them grow as a couple. But you have disappointed me again & again with bad illogical tracks and now you are showing illegal material. This needs to stop.

This is a fictional show....therefore they can show anything in it. This bigamy track even though is unrealistic, but is still prevalent, and any track can be shown in a fictional show no matter how stupid or illogical it is. Don't take too seriously...its a show, enjoy it or hate it just the way it is!!

I know this is a fictional show. Shows here are fictional shows too and there is a limitation and boundary of what they can show or not. If someone here feels it is indecent and not appropriate they have a right as an audience and viewer to complain to the channel.

I know they show lot of illegal and bad stuff, but bigamy is really bad. It is an act where two women's lives are destroyed. I just want the cvs to think and acknowledge the fact. Television plays an important part in our sicial lives and channels need to take responsibilites.

Completely agree with u anu. They have shown a video also where the casts say to be patient we know viewers don;t like shakti arushi marriage and all. they r all doing this for the trps,attention, more drama and all. we all know it is fiction. even fiction there has to be a limit for everything. u r showing all the things which rarely happen and then u claim it is a real story. come onyaar now u r telling it is fiction. if it is fiction show something nice abt the truth and she goes against all the odds and wins. that u won;t show right.

Anu anyway the marriage is going to happen they have showed in U& Me and all. so i think the marriage is for sure. still i don;t get when will our woman fighter will fight and come into action. we all know it is a fiction. that is why we watch for fun and excitment. But one of the party loses all the time we lose the interest.

This is horrendous and stuoidity to show bigamy on a national TV in the name of a serial. Stop the track and show that Aman is indeed married. It is really a shame and the creatives should put their heads together and come with a different track. Pratigya should try and change Shakthi and her in-laws. Just stop the crap!!!

What are you talking about - Haven't you ever heard of the reality tv series "Sister Wives" on HBO which follows the family of a man with 4 wives in - are you ready for this vakil saheba - in the United States of America

There are entire shows dedicated to showing indecent and unlawful activies in the United States - Law and Order for one

As a lawyer in the United States surely you have heard of the first amendment and Freedom of Expression.

What they are portraying (while perhaps offensive to some) is neither inciting hate on the basis of race, religion or sexual orientation (and therefore not a hate crime). It is not slandering a real person either living or dead. It is not po*nography. Not sure what the basis of your complaint would be.

The stars of "sister wives" are under investigation after their show was aired in "Joy Behar show" and will be possibly charged for bigamy. The case has been submitted to the prosecutors.

This track is the most disgusting. I totally agree with you. These Saxena's claim of being from an educated family but are doing things which even an uneducated wont! Shakti is already married, cant aarushi even think for a while what will happen to Kesar? 2nd marriage is illegal!!!
