Oh how I miss the old Preity. She used to look so fresh and innocent and carefree but ever since she got plastic surgery, her face has lost the charm. She's still definitely beautiful but her expressions and features look a lot more plastic now.

I'm not sure what all she's gotten done but the nose job is pretty obvious to me. But then again, I'm no expert so don't anyone go jumping on me now! It's just my opinion. Her nose looks MUCH smaller to me now.

well acc to me,with age ur body and facial structure do change, i mean wen i look at my pics just 3 yrs back then i was a total geeky person, i would never like to go back to that look, see success does put a glow in ur face
