Okay, first, I am a big Sameer supporter (at least at this point).

However, I thought that in tonight's episode:

1. He made too big a fuss about being nominated.
Not that he deserved to be nominated( I think he totally did not deserve it), but I feel that he
a. became overtly dejected : his crying
b. tried to reason that being diplomatic was too silly a reason, when in fact, I believe that he is extremely diplomatic and hence somebody else has the full right to be dislike this and nominate him.
c. Suddenly went from a I love this house and we have to try to cover for each other etc stance to people are just getting into groups etc. Nothing wrong with this, except it seemed like he believed everything was hunky dory till the minute he got maximum nominations and then it suddenly became all negative.

2. I even found him a little too stubborn in the argument he had with Ashmit and Hrishant.
a. He kept saying we should cover etc but it just not sensible if people aren't doing their tasks!! How much and why would you cover up for others?!?!
b. Given that both Ashmit and Hrishant wanted to talk it out with the non-workers (NOT very insensible at all), it seemed almost weird of the usually understanding Sameer to be so very against their decision and arguing it out.

Because I really like Sameer, I have been trying to figure why he suddenly seems to have changed noticably, and I really fear that it might be a TRP /channel strategy to suddenly show his negative image more.

Let me know what you guys think!

Don't think it's a TRP ploy..
I guess that's how Sameer functions.. he gets too involved with anything
he has a role in.. it was evident in the manner who he became an ad hoc captian when there was no role/position of one...

I guess he REALLY wanted to get through with this game as clean
as possible and without making any enemies on the show and now
that he's the best of lot and suddenly he finds himself with the max no of
votes, it's a lil hard for him to digest..

But I agree,
he over-reacted...

I never thought kay vo itna sensitive ho sakta hai and that at getting nominated but I think nomination se zada usse nomination kee reason ne hurt kiya tha. But really I felt so sorry for him when he was crying in the bathroom. I think he was shocked kay suddenly jin logon ke saath uska koi issue bhi nahi hai, vo log usse nominate ker rahe hain. Doosra, ek week pehle sub usse captain maan rahe thay or or kuch hee dinn ke baad usse hee nominate ker diya, that was a shock for him, too. I think he felt stabbed in the back kay ek waqt to yoon kehte hain yeh sub, nice hote hain or agle hee lamhe seedha back mein stab kiya nomination mein. Though I think Hrishant or Ashmit kee nomination valid thee to some extent but Aanchal was pain dumb and Veena's was calculated.

Totally agree with that! It did seem like he had a genuine desire for that. He seems like that innocent type who believes that the world is still a good, honest and genuine place today in 2010. Unfortunately it seems untrue.

I even think that Hrishant and Ashmit could've nominated the people they thought weren't doing work instead of Sameer Soni!! Especially when the three of them are pretty close, spend time together and even discuss other people together.

I mean the whole big issue was about some people not doing their work. But they forgot about those people at nominations and nominated Sameer jsut cause of a difference in opinion about how to deal with those people.

Well what I dont understand in this show is, if people REALLY dont wanna play it dirty, they are blamed to be trying to be diplomatic..

Like seriously! Is it impossible for anyone to be well-mannered and good at heart? I dont think so.. I really like Sameer and Shweta and i like them for their matured behavior and their diplomacy.. Specially I find Sameer extremely.. ☺️ well-behaved!

It was totally unfair on his part to get nominated.. Good people DO exist in the world.. Why is it too hard to digest LOL! And I also like Sameer for his theory that he didnt want to make enemies on this show! How cute 😃

seriously though, from now on, whenever someone doesn't give a reasonable reason for their choice, i want big boss to say to contestants, "that is the most stupidest reason i've ever heard. give me a better reason or i, big boss, will nominate you and make sure u get eliminated for being a moron. fathead!" too many people are picking for the sake of it or picking whoever everyone else is picking. this is NOT how it is supposed to be. jeez!

sorry! had to vent it! lol.😆

I totally know where you're coming from. I feel like this time though, they gave silly reasons and nominated the wrong people just cuz it was public nominations. Who knows, maybe the result might have been radically different had the nominations occured behind closed doors again.
