Karu's future is def. bright.. i think the discussion here is about the future of reality shows now...

how about an independant television channel(even cnbc on weekends)hosting best of singers from all reality shows.
FG vs SRGMP vs II vs MERI AWAZ SUNO.

3boys and 3 girls from each show compete..

judges...I. pandit/ustad 2.known music director 3.male singer 4.female singer.

..........AND NO PUBLIC VOTING.......

and ...what will happen?
to prove what? we will forget within a week.

i guess lik sonya said it's not only talent it's also luck to a gr8 degree. There have been some gr8 singers in SRGM (when they used to call musical ppl 2 judge) but how many of them got in2 the music industry except shreya and kunal. 😕

True, the good singers do get exposure but do the good ones always win----abhijeet was an exception! And think abt the audience as well----wont they be sick n tierd of voting n havin their emotions drained! LIke madhavi said---there's excess supply but if this kind of voting trend continues then the audience and judges r just gonna get sick of such shows.

And to top all of tht, u have all this drama and tears and 'meri maa ka sapna' blah blah!!!!! 🤢

The reason American Idol stil has the highest ratings is coz the quality is good, the judges rnt confused and the focus is ON SINGING not who has the best hair or who needs to get his love or who's had the toughest childhood!

yeah..i have seen american idol yesterday for the first time. even the one that got eliminated sang gud. all of them r really gud. in case of II we had only amey n karunya.

May be the format has to be such that...judges decide till last 12 and then leave it on public.( i am talking abt II2...not any future prog...no enthu to support any more ) 😊

no,no,to prove nothing...just want to listen to these talented singers once again.they are not allowed to participate in any competition.their contract says so...😭

i hope kau does win, but after amey's exit he has himself said tht he wont be suprised if he was to go out nxt, even i wont be suprised. the vote bank for him increasing. ppl who used 2 vote for the good singers who got eliminated, i thnk wqill vote for him. even ahmedaad, although he sang jus 1 song, the audience loved him.

ankita another reason American Idol or Canadian Idol (I've seen more episodes of CI, so i can comment) is popular coz it is one of its kind... today in India there are so many coming out of reality shows..so many who have come out previously... in II.. the avg age is slightly more.. in SRGMP 8 out of final 12 were under 20 ! that means they all left their studies in between to pursue music.. showin how serious they r.. and then if such people dont get a chance.. n end up singin in stage shows n some random show..wats the point of leavin ur educton in middle.. they wuld have been able to do that even with studies..

i think TV channels shuld realise that its about time thye act like human beings.. and not think so much like business men..its time they think about the poor kids n their lives.. and just stop reality shows for a bit..

and as for Karu winning or losin, seeing the publicity Amey is getting after he got voted out.. i dont see karu losin at all ! he is a winner irrespective of this competition or not coz media is gonna notice him..
