Opinions opinions opinions? And people this isnt a best movie's of the past decade, or song, its best soundtrack, so your choices should purely be based on the entire soundtrack of a movie.
I vote Lagaan (2000), Taal (2000) , Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (2000) , Devdas (2002), Jodha-Akbar (2008), Rang De Basanti (2006), Delhi-6 (2009), Kabhi Alivida Na Kehna (2007), Jaane Tu Ye Jaane Na (2009)
And quite recently, though its a 2010 release i watched Ishiqya and found every single song in it quite fantastic.
