kuwar's shot and dad's in jail

so will kuwar come out of his coma and recover from the shot?
i don't get it but he was shot in the shoulder only so how could he go into a coma.
i saw the bullet go through his shoulder. it did not look like it was near the heart at all.
once again the creatives have overdone the medical part.

now dad is in jail. what a relationship he has with his son. i think thakhur is also at fault because he puts so much attention on reet that he forgets his other two kids who probably feel left out.
everything for thakur is reet reet reet....but he does not say too much about the boys...the mother does though. she is also unfair as well....what a totally dysfunctional family....as usual....
