maan will definitely accept her. but I think he will not know the culprit's name. Maneet may move on in life and then Geet will come to know about Maan and Dev's relationship and might choose to be silent. Not to rock the family's boat . Much later Maan might come to know and confront Geet as why she hid the fact. Remember he talks about Truth in today's episode. Misunderstanding/ Separation & reunion might be part of story This will give the CV's lot of scope to lengthen the storyline and repeat the romance after everything is cleared.
