Actually Shamar had never been itna bura insaan. He has always been basically good at heart though he comes across as a drunkard, gambler, coarse and rude on the surface.. He is so attached to his family, He has always had concern for his Baa, bhai and behen. He's like a mirror. If you are mean to him, he's mean to you. If you are nice to him, he's nice to you. Rememeber,,,,the way he remembered Smriti being nice to him and attended her funeral though in a drunken state. He has sense of gratitude and self-respect. He's not pretentious. A man cannot change unless he has a wish and an inner drive to change. Just that drive was lying dormant in the darkest bottom of his heart. And it required a girl like Akashi to instigate that. Actually Akashi is introducing him the other side of him. Love their jodi so much.

what they are trying to show is unacceptable on many levels. AKAASHI WAS KIDNAPPEED ON HER WEDDING DAY BY SHAMAR AND LATER HE FORCIBLY MARRIED HER. only once she took a stand against him did he start changing. IN REAL LIFE, SHE CAN FORGIVE HIM AND MAYBE BE HIS FRIEND, BUT U CANNOT FALL IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES THIS TO U! HE WAS VERY BAD TO HER. Kindly dont do this love ka chakar, pklease find some one better for akasshi
I agree that abducting and forcibly marrying a girl is a horrible thing that a man can do. But, think what led Shamar to do such a thing? She looked down upon him, degraded him and put false blame on him. I'm not justifying Shamar's act. But it's human to react in such a way for a coarse man like Shamar. But his intention was not to lead a married life with her. At one point he asks Kshitij to take Akashi with him and tells that he had not even touched her. He doesn't trust her, suspects her purity, slams his door on her. Your purity being suspected by your man is the most horrible thing that a woman can experience. That spiritually kills her. Trust, sense of security, moral support, and care is what a woman expects the most from a man. But Kshitij couldn't give all these things at the time she wanted them the most. And, Shamar, on the other side fights with those who misbehaves with her and saves her to her surprise. He, who was once not ready to touch her feet, now takes them in his hands and applies medicine. You see the man responding positively to the ehsaan you did on his family. And you realize that he's not that bad after all. And it makes you feel good when somebody changes for good because of you. And friendship blooms. To quote Oscar Wilde, "Between men and women there is no friendship possible. There is passion, enmity, worship, love but no friendship". Though I don't agree with Mr.Wilde, I would say that there is a thin line between friendship and love between a man and a woman. If your tormentor turns out to be a saviour and the one who should have been your saviour ditches you and proves to be a jerk, you naturally develop an affinity towards the former. If Akashi gets all those things from Shamar that Kshitij couldn't give in the hour of need, the thin line can be crossed eventually
