Ameesha-Priyanka cold vibes in London

While Dharmesh Darshan's Aap Ki Khatir has Priyanka Chopra and Ameesha Patel playing affectionate stepsisters, the actresses behaved like the bad stepsisters during their month-long schedule in London and Wales.

Says a member of the cast, "Both women would sit in different corners of the set and would hardly chat. Only during the scenes did they exchange a few, curt, words. On the contrary, the boys (Akshaye Khanna, Dino Morea and Sunil Shetty) would chat, exchange jokes and even share food."

We hear that during their stay in Wales, Priyanka put her foot down and demanded a separate hotel, where the rest of the cast wouldn't be around.

Says a crew member, "Priyanka didn't get along with Ameesha. She asked for a different hotel so that things didn't get bitter and spin out of control. It's ironical that she had to enact a loving and caring sister to a person she didn't care for."

No, says Ameesha

However, Ameesha denies this, "Honestly, we were like one big family. We were working around the clock and that would leave us with hardly any time for bonding.

We share a courteous relationship and didn't have any differences at all. During my leisure time, I would prefer poring over a book, as I'm a bookworm.

So where's the possibility of having a fight?" she says.
According to a unitwala, "The trouble began outside the set. Priyanka is a health freak.

She would work out religiously. Ameesha perceived her to be a big show-off regarding her training routine and passed a nasty comment on it, which got back to Priyanka. And the cold vibes began." Ameesha also accused Priyanka of isolating herself and not mingling with others."

Adds an assistant director, "You know how actresses are. They are always insecure about their roles, looks and style. Naturally, Ameesha and Priyanka felt the same."

Priyanka was not available for comments.
