The very first thing,that struck my mind after hearing this dialogue from Riddhima's mouth was that-your kangan? Really? How can you NOW claim it to be your's when you are married to someone else?
I am sure these questions must have popped up in your head too.
And you must be looking after an answer for these questions,no?
So let me finally answer them for you.
Riddhima STILL claims that kangan to be her's because she still hasn't moved on in her life. No matter how much she tries to convince herself & others,the truth would remain the same. She hasn't moved on in life,She hasn't moved on from Armaan,She hasn't moved on from his memories & this comes in front of us again & again.
Why be so much possessive about some other man than your husband? Why have so much authority on someone else than your husband? Why claim the Kangan as your's when you are married to someone else? Why always does she tries to prove that no one knows Armaan better than her when(apparently) she has moved on in life? Why does it pains if Armaan calls her Riddhima Modi? Why does she starts crying even if Armaan gets even the slightest of injury? Why does it irks her when she sees him with someone else?
BECAUSE..She still LOVES Armaan!
She might be in denial,but the fact is that she still DOES loves Armaan but just doesn't have the courage to express it openely.Actually,the fact is that she will NEVER stop loving Armaan.
She still claims to have the right & authority on him which she had before. She said "Armaan,tumhe meri kasam hai..chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye tum ladne ke liye apna haath nahi uthaoge" because she knew that their love has the strength which would stop Armaan from fighting. She had that faith in their love. She had that trust. And when do you have trust & faith in a person? Only when you love him.
After seeing yesterday's episode & the pain & fire in Riddhima's eyes if you still say that its just a "mere" concern,then undoubtedly you never understood Riddhima & you never understood what Dill Mill Gayye is all about.😉
