The Veto Power used for Rakesh Maini came as a shock to me....i would have preferred if they would have saved it for some better singers like bhoomi or swarrop..what do you think guys?

well honestly I don't think they should have had the need to use the veto at all i maen the fact that I love swaroop but I think he has been singing the same thing i mean he rocks the high pitch songs so its time to see some change but I m not seeing it and we r talking about top 5 so i thnk he shoudl have be been out

I read somewhere that the judges cannot use the veeto after Top 5 as per the format so they had to use it in that episode at any cost.

If this was the case, then they should have used it for Shashi. He was such a brilliantly versatile singer.

It was certainly just, considering that worse singers like Bhoomi and Swaroop are still in the show. My only concern is: "In the upcoming rounds, what if someone beautifully talented like Sreeram or Shivam are eliminated?" or worse still, what if Rakesh himself is again eliminated? The power will completely go to waste then.
