Today's episode started with duyi duyi cups of CHAI. One at SS Niwas when Prats served Krishna chai with an exchange offer. Here's your cup of tea, now how about that free ride to my maike?😃 Either this girl has eyes on the back of her head or she really has very low I.Q. Earth to Prats, Earth to Prats! Doesn't she even read Krishna's facial expressions to know he is fuming inside, grinding his teeth and has been that way since they left her maike?😲 Achcha usko chod dho, doesn't she realize that he is giving her the cold shoulder with his silent treatment and indifference? 😕😲
BTW, why does Prats always serve Krishna a cup of chai in their bedroom only when he is angry and refuses to speak to her? Call the fung-shui expert or a panditji to ward off evil spirits, pronto. This room must be jinxed. Katra Naresh with mirch and masala attacked Prats and insulted Baba all in one fell swoop. Amma didn't want to miss her turn or be outshined by Katra Naresh, so she called her son a "totha" while taking a swing at Prats for defying her sasurji's orders. Little did the usually shrewd Takurs realize that Baba was already seething inside about his secretive wife. Baba was caught between a rock and a hard place, his wife and his family.
The chalaki buzurg Takur SS pretended to be on Prat's side and supported her need to defend her Papa while feasting on his son's verbal outburst at Prats simultaneously. He was enjoying his villainous moment of pinching the baby and rocking the cradle at the same time by telling Baba "Baap ka sawaal hai" implying a duyi-duyi meaning which the shrewd Baba read into and verbally lashed out at Prats. We finally got to see and hear Baba voice our annoyance👏 at Prats's constant "mummy papa" chanting. Ka-ching! One for the IF posters courtesy of Baba.👏 Hope to hear him voice more of the truths in the coming weeks and months. The fog has been lifted off Baba's brains and clarity is settling in about his life and his wife.
Baba's venting at Prats in the bedroom was what some of us have been waiting for a long time. 😃👏😉 About time he voiced it for his Mrs. was in dire need of a few home truths and long overdue reality check. Loved it when he talked about women's emotional arsenal....👏 I posted about in another thread just yesterday. The Ganga-Jamuna bahana, wah beta👏 sahi baat bol diya. Prats went back to her old bag of tricks and pulled an outdated one from the bottom of the pile with "humara saath dene ki bagair, tumne hamara beizzati ki aur hamey daant di" kum tho kum tum humara saath dena chahiye tha na." Now that's a great example of what I refer to as women's emotional arsenal. A gentle reminder to Prats ...kum tho kum aap ko bhi apne Pati ko such batakar saath dena chahiye tha na beta?
Baba was brilliant today and was not buying into any of her notankis👏😃. He applauded her on pulling out her old trump and then stumped her with "bahut badiya. bahut achche!, humari zaroorat padi tho saath dena tumari " Wah Baba,Wah! 👏 E Uu na sachchayi ka saath dena! Now that is exactly what his Mrs. had to hear from him to get a reality check. Even better was when he reminded her to not think he was a fool and treat him like a wind-up toy while pleading innocence. He reminded her that he listened to her and did all that he did for her bec' he loved her.Even that didn't seem to put a dent in her stance. He challenged her about her so-called "friendship" and "patni dharam" which she used to hide all the happenings at her maike while he watched her struggling crying about what was going on with them, yet she chose to keep it a secret from him. He told her flat-out he got diddly squat out of her friendship.👎🏼
Today Baba gave her a long overdue reality check to not play him for a fool and gave her yet another chance to come clean. He gave her the perfect opening when he said "humko aur kya jaanna hai?" All she had to do was tell him the whole truth but nahi, she continued to just stand there with her instant rona-dhona and refused to tell him all. "Aurathein baahar se kuch, andhar se kuch". Ek hi din mei Baba se itni sachchai? Baba rolled them out one by one and Prats could do nothing but stand there chup-chaap. Now Prats should consider hiring Baba to play defense attorney for her Papa, he'd do a far better job than her any day.😃
Where was her conscience and need for sachchayi ki saath dena now? Her vow to keep secrets from Krishna was more important to her than her marriage vows to her pati. Krishna ko bewakoof banti rahti hai aur iss ka bhi ek huth hai. He asked her if she knew what it felt like when the one you loved the most kept secrets and treated you this way. Prats instead continued her mouna-vrath.
When Angad rolls into town to put the last brick on the top, her life is going to crumble and this time she has to take the biggest chunk of the blame if not all of it, just the way she told Krishna when he forced her to lie about a fake pregnancy, which btw never really hurt anyone except a few bruised egos.
Adarsh's is so caught up in their notanki ways, he didn't realize when he accidentally spit a pearl of wisdom " RO ROKE JEENE KE LIYE PAIDA HAI HUM LOGE".👏 Such bole diya beta,👏👏 jaldi mugh mita karo.😃
Prof. is pig-headed and refuses to get out of jail or accept anyone's help, yet the Sucksenas are the first to blame SS for their problems. A kaisa logic hai bey? Didn't the buzurg offer his help the minute he found out his ziddi samandhi had volunatarily moved to the local jail? Will these educated Sucksenas ever stop showing their stupidity over and over again?😲
Adarsh needs to sign on to the first available class at the school of manners. Not only did he not address Krishna on the phone(how rude!😲) he just asked him to hand over the phone to Prats. Krishna should have just switched off the phone. These Sucksenas are great at preaching izzat and tameez se baat karna but they are the first to treat the Tacurse siblings with contempt. What is their problem with Krishna now that they know the truth? They are the liars and secretive ones running scared bec' they don't want Krishna to ever find out the truth. Tough luck, Sucksenas. Your wish will never be granted. The truth will out itself eventually and you will be left with egg on your faces. I am reminded of Krishna telling Prof. after bringing him and Prats back home off the bus to Banares "do you teach your students to run away at the first sign of trouble, instead of standing up and fighting". They are not running but they don't know how to solve a problem either.
Adarsh riled into Komal bec' of his frustration and inability to speak the truth about his role in the Angad altercation and finding a way to handle the situation. Is there ever a limit to his stupidity and incompetency? Loved Komal's and Krishna today...the Takur siblings are masters at giving the foggy-headed Sucksena siblings some much needed reality check. Adarsh better watch out! Komal may give him a thappad that will make Nainaji's slap on Rolli dismissal day look like a pat on the cheek😲. And what's with sending Komal to her room every time the Sucksenas can't handle their own thoughts and her truthful statements. It's not like she is a 5 year old who needs a midday nap. Besides staying in her room and napping, Komal is probably bored out of her brains sitting around the house dwiddling her thumbs.
BTW, when all this notanki is going on who is cooking at the Sucksenas? Maybe the neighbors are bringing in food on the pretext of finding some material for the gossip magazines,while the Saxsenas mourn their father's stay in jail and their plight for almost a week now. The rona-dhona accompanied by a crumbling fall to the floor by Nainaji was the height of melodrama. "Humara pati jail mei hain" she lamented. She forgot her pati went there of his own free will for a solo vacation from his nutty family that he probably felt was long overdue😉. He is enjoying being left to himself.Of course, Krishna interrupted it with his visit to the jail yesterday.😕😆Just loved the look on Komal's face when she saw her sasuma's notanki.
Just a reminder Nainaji, your husband is doing fine. He, at least is inside a cell with four walls a roof, with two-guard protection courtesy of SS's power (not that he needs govt. protection for he is not guarding national secrets😛) and surely gets his four cups of chai every day and his meals. He is after all SS's samandhi and will get the royal treatment at the jail. Nainaji, ek phal ke liye sochiye, there are homeless people and hard-working laborers on the streets of Allahabad probably older than your pati who are working long hours in the scorching sun. So count your blessings and stop the notanki. You have set a bad example to your two daughters who seem to think that notanki is the way of life.
