True though...the Kite Runner also had an emotional touch..........i simply loved Hassan.......his loyalty............hated amir when he was young.
And speaking of Kite runner.......have you guys seen the movie? Check my siggie box....that guy is the one who played the young assef. He is so dashing...met him yesterday.......guys please see the movie......very emotional.

i read a thousand splendid suns in literally 2 days---did not put that book down until i was done with it--but such is the case with every book i begin to read 🤓

anyway-i loved it as much as the kite runner if not more....

Yep..it's the same author that wrote the Kite Runner, which might I add is one hell of a book. I loved it so much I'm re-reading it..and I only read the book four days ago. 8 hours of non-stop reading..no breaks, just me sitting in my room..I finished the book. That's really how magnetic the book is..once you pick it up, you really can't put it down till you've finished the enitre book. :)

The Great Gatsby was an amazing book as well..can't remember much because I read it last year..but I do remember that I loved it.

Yup! Khaled Hosseini is a true genius! I've read the Kite Runner 5 times, saw the movie 10 times and am re-reading the thousand Splendid Suns again. My request to all of you to is to read all the books....and also watch the movie. You'll love it like anything.
