This is defnitely an amazing book
One I will never forget, so beautifully written
Made me cry so much though, and its even worse how it is all so real
Can't wait to read the Kite Runner :)

I knowwwww i looooveeeed the book too
the book has such a good moral, a tragedy but at the end fot he book you cant help but smile!!!!!
it makes us aware of the cruelity thats been a apart n parcel of the afghanis life....!!!

I read it... and even though I kinda knew how the story is going to shape up (it was rather predictable), I still liked it (not least, because I could understand some of the Persian words!)...

There are better books though... This was good, but won't make it to my top list!

I read this book....lovely book like this author's first book (kite runner). This book was actually an eye opener for me.... .must read book......

Heyy 😃

My friend has gone on and on about this book. She read in 2 days, and I think if I am not wrong she is reading it again.

Just one question, Is the author the same guy who wrote 'The Kite Runner'? I am not too sure.

Cheers for the description, it actually sounds amazing. I will try and procure a copy as soon as I have finished Freakonomics and The Great Gatsby.

It is such a beautiful book.
So open, so raw.
Khaled Hosseini is truly a gifted author. He knows this uncanny art of describing human feelings in the most truest of their form.

Its better than the kite Runner....so emotional......how the talibans used to torture the girls....I love Tariq and mariam and also laila.

It was a good book, but nowhere near to The Kite Runner, in my opinion.
