Looks like it is a marriage of convenience. After Ranveer's death ( though didn't show him die, it is implied in both Vasu & Ragini's words), Ragini wanted a person to father her kids, (she knew that kids want both parents love to have a happy childhood) and Rajvansh business was in need of a talented person to take care of their industry. So at that Vasu would have chosen Anmol as the person to run the business and he would have said he would have demanded Ragini's hand in return to fulfill her request and even ragini would have seconded his idea thinking that Tamanna wanted to meet her father. OR most probably, Anmol is Ranveer's friend and Ranveer would have requested him(on his deathbed) to take care of his family in his absence. So Vasu had drafted a contract and signed it (she is always good at that)
