Humko Deewana kar gaye music review

Famous for its controversy over the title track, Humko Deewana kar gaye truly has some really good music to back it up. So in case you're not a big fan of AK or Katrina baby, buying the cd for the music and seeing the movie to just hear sonu nigam go "Bhula denge tumko sanam dheere dheere" will be worth your money.

The music begins with the title track by tulsi kumar and Sonu nigam. The title track seems to be more Nadeem Shravan than an Anu Malik or Aadesh Shrivastav for that matter. Nonetheless its a melodious song with a very singable feel to it. Sonu does full justice to the lyrics, which by the way are a refreshing change than the stuff we hear now-a-days. Tulsi kumar is fresh and her voice suits to Katrina.

Fanaa seems to be a very cook song, especially the entire beats in between. The beats are very jhingalala bhu types, but nonetheless the song really gets you tapping. Kay kay seemed in a great mood when he sang it.

Rockstar and dekhte dehte are both good songs. There are also a bunch of remixes of the originals like all albums have now. The title track ka sad versions are also very good but somehow once you hear the original they seem a little less exciting.

For your eyes only can really become a very big disco track only if its marketed properly. I thought sonu was a bit too excited when he sang it, but when the girl start singing- Nandini takes over very well. She sounds a little like alisha sometimes.

Mere saath chalte chalte begins with a nostaligic feel of Nusrat Fateh Ali khan, Krishna really does his work very well. Sunidhi is her usual self. Shaan is good.

All in all a good combination, some very good songs, some are ok alright. The remixes have been done with flair. My favourite remains bhula denge tumko. So a good buy this one.
