Will it be fair?

We already know that Ragini is going to raise Khushi and Tamana and we know everybody is going to love and pay more attention to Khushi. But will it be fair to neglect Tamana and if Tamana grows up to be mean and bad girl whose fault will it be. For Me it is not fair for Tamana, I know Khushi has lost her mother and is alone but you cant make one child happy over another child's happiness.
