Rampal to romance Kareena in Heroine

Arjun Rampal will play one of the male leads in Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine starring Kareena Kapoor. Madhur and Arjun know each other very well. The two further bonded when both bagged the National Award this year. Madhur found that Arjun would be apt to play the lead opposite Kareena. The script demanded a suave and stylish hero and Madhur felt Arjun was the right choice.
He also felt that Kareena and Arjun would make a fresh pair.
Interestingly, Madhur is also on the look out for four other prominent male faces for the film who play key parts in Kareena's life in the film.
A source close the director said, "Arjun is more or less finalised. We will also zero in on the other star cast soon."
