or someone might have heard the story that happened in hushiarpur (sorry do not know how to spell it)...it would be circulating gossip as geet is from there they might ask her...maan might over hear them asking her about the chic who was beaten by her family but she confronted them in public etc etc..and they might ask her if she knew the chic...maan will understand...might say sorry or might not and keep that info to himself ashamed of all he taunted her with 😕

just a theory...

It could be that Geet gets an court order to appear in court, and so she needs a day off to go there. And when she files her leave application, she can attach a photocopy of the court order for Maan so that he knows it's not an excuse for a day off. And no one can disobey court orders so Maan will have to give her the day off! Aur tab Maan ho jaayega 😲😕 And Geet will like in her head "Idiot Moron kehta hai josh se zyada hosh kaam aata hai, par khud ka hosh kahaan rehta!"😆
