answer to the sword...they do not have maan's blood to match they might have found it but as far as they know it is some unidentified source ...how will they run anything without anything to compare...geet never mentioned him I am guessing cause she might not want him entangled in the whole police business....
also you might also question would they not have a system where everyone is entered...well that system is rarely used when there are eye witnesses (gur and the rest of the villagers who heard brij confess) and the less test run the better...DNA matching tests are time consuming and expensive...especially for a little town of Punjab...also if they also isolate the DNA and run it through the system I dont think they will get a hit Maan most likely would not be in the system...I do not think he has broken any law (unless major hawtness is a crime ๐ ๐ ๐ ) or has entered any gov service *sigh* i wish ...I have a thing for a guy in an uniform ๐
