Yes, of course,
to tell you the truth, this post of yours made me lose all my sympathies for Jyoti and diverted them to Pankaj 😔
And I'll tell you the reasons for it......
Ok yaar, we know what Pankaj did was wrong, he should've trusted Jyoti, but we should also remember,
1. Pankaj is blind and he could judge things only by hearing and could only hear what Brij and Jyoti were SPEAKING, not what Brij was actually doing. Yes, I know Pankaj was her husband and it was his responsiblity to trust Jyoti and not Brij, but his vision proved a major hindrance. Nahi to wo kehte hain na chehra kabhi jhooth nahi bolta, if Pankaj would've been able to see, he could've seen Jyoti's reality much earlier and not relied on Bhairavi for support.
And please guys, I don't want an addition here that Pankaj is a blind loser who never deserved Jyoti, coz when they got married, it was Jyoti who needed Pankaj after getting deceived by Brij, more than Pankaj needed her, and if Kabir has done a lot for her now, so had Pankaj, before the got married and after that too.
2. He had been under the sole guidance of Bhairavi since ages while Jyoti was with him only for a couple of months, if he had to choose, maternal affection would reign supreme.
Adding to it, coz of Bhairavi's inclusion in Brij's scheme, it was easier for Brij to convince Pankaj, and I think if Bhairavi would've been at home when Pankaj had caught Neelam, she could've even taught Neelam to escape getting caught by Pankaj, what say?😆
3. Jyoti hid the truth initially, if she would've told Pankaj before the marriage, he would've protected her(or atleast tried to 😉) from Brij's blackmail. Coz he had understood her and supported her in every other thing she did or wanted to do before.
Yes, I know Pankaj is not easy to forgive, but if Jyoti can forgive the main culprit Brij and forgive him convincingly enough to give her sister back to him, she should also forgive Pankaj.
And yes people, you do not need to be TERMINALLY ILL if you want someone to forgive you, do you?
Not telling Pankaj about her past was Jyoti's fault and if not knowing the truth is the only reason for the relationship to end, then Jyoti was solely responsible for the divorce to happen.
Yes, Bhairavi did have a major hand in it and the only solution to this is,
Pankaj overhearing a Brij-Bhairavi confrontation at some later stage so that either he leaves Vashisht house and comes back to Jyoti, or drives Bhairavi out (which he won't do, so 100% chances of the 1st case)
In any case, Jyoti should stay away from Bhairavi, who might pose problems for her again
What about Pankaj's pathetic attempt to smear Jyoti's reputation with false claims, simply to speed up his divorce? He too is a liar, a deliberate and calculating liar, while Jyoti hid the truth only out of sheer desperation. Therefore he too should be punished the same ruthless way Jyoti has been, for her one tiny mistake.
