Bathroom Funda

I am not sure if anyone else noticed this r not.Why is all Starplus serials has no bathroom attached. They show palace jaisa houses but none of those houses comes with an attached bathroom,Say it Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Naitik always comes inside his room from outside drying his hair with towel) Sasural Genda Phool (suhana aur Ishaan has to go downstairs to use the bathroom)Pratigya (some days krishna go out with his towel to use the washroom and 1 episode pratigya ran inside her bedroom to use the Mystery bathroom) yet no sign of bathroom.
