Geeta is such a lovely person in the auditions (unlike the actual competition). But she's really bullying Sandip (like asking him to shut up - finger on lips after he tried to talk when the girl gave him several roses.) Already, Sandip has to compete with favorites like T/R/G, at least be nice and not condescending. I think given a chance, Sandip will garner as much adulation as the other three.

Are these judges going to step aside for the younger generation? Otherwise how will Farah as GM be fair to judges other than her 'beti' Geeta?

Except that they're not friends, they're colleagues on national/interntl TV. And he is trying to establish himself amongst established and loved judges.

I am sure many people will agree with me when I say I don't share your point of view about Geeta. In my view she did nothing to suggest that she did not respect her fellow choreographers.

How do we know that they are not friends?
Even if they aren't, they are going to be spending LOTS of time together. So it would be understandable if they were on really good terms.

I do agree with forems and ekta_salman in a way that Geeta does sound dominating most of the time with her fellow mentors -

well IMO she speaks too much and dominates the other judges like if she has to say when the others have to talk and when not

OK I agree that she asked Sandip to stop talking to the cousin so that she could talk to the real contestant...but I actually liked that she steered the conversation towards the contestant after Sandip had already spent a few minutes with the cousin...accepting about 10-15 roses one by one, doing a whole dance and a good amount of conversation.
In my imaginary book of moral code (we all have our own versions of it), it is OK for a judge to ask another judge to move on and steer the conversation to another place, as long as they do it politely.
