the beginning was good, i loved everything from the disclosing of the truth to ss showing his happiness... it went downhill from then onwards though. i feel let down.
i felt the chicken track just didn't fit in today's episode. they botched it for sure and wrecked the fluidity of the episode. ss is obsessed with having grandkids, when he hears his own son has been destroying his dream and like krishna said looting the khazana his reaction to satan was not severe enough, i felt he wasn't outraged enough. when such a huge thing blows up in his face he still remembers to go to komal sasural and give her meat, this should have slipped his mind and he should have been furious at how his own authority was trumped in the house by his son's will. after all ss is the be all and end all in the family. 4 kids there would have been none there are now what a shock it must have been for him and he didn't even solve the root problem how will he stop this from happening further. by letting sakthi walk away does this ensure the safety of the kid, they know very well he beats her up, her beatings will get more severe as she disobeyed him and this could be enough cause to have a miscarriage.
one kriya scene just oneeeeeeeeeeee. something anything atleast for a couple of seconds. whyyyyyyyyyyy oh whyyyyyyyyyy they wasted all that time showing komal eating chicken. there is great dialogue writing in this show, but sometimes they just miss the mark on putting the scenes together and understanding what makes an amazing episode. same problem with the maha wedding episode.
episode did start off with a bang. but it felt like they realized they can't give too much away had to end it somewhere in the middle to progress the story lot slower. if that was the case why one hour???????? half hour would have been good enough. don't ignite audience expectations when you have no intention to deliver.
