Hollywood hunk rocks Sony bash

Hollywood star Will Smith was expectedly the pulse of the exclusive party thrown for him by Sony Pictures and Fardeen Khan at J W Marriott last night, reports Alpana Lath Sawai.

Five minutes into the do, the not-so-tall Will, wearing a summery grey suit and pink shirt, had everyone hooting as he got into the groove with a mock strip-tease, taking his tie and jacket off. And before you knew it, his shirt was fully unbuttoned too.

Everyone wanted a little bit of the star guest. Fardeen's sister Laila was Will's first boogie partner — the two danced to club music many minutes together, grabbing both eyeballs and dance floor.

Mandira Bedi (showing off her back in a gorgeous backless choli), VJ Sophie and Pooja Bedi (in short slinkies) and Pooja Batra (Will's India guide) could not decide between dancing and admiring Will and so they did a little bit of both.

Guests started arriving only past midnight and were soon reeling under the charm punches thrown by the man who played Ali.

Brosnan fans to boycott Casino Royale

They're shaken, stirred and just plain angry. And several months late with their response. A group of James Bond fans have launched a website, https://www.craignotbond.com, to protest British actor Daniel Craig replacing Pierce Brosnan in the 007 film franchise, and boycott the upcoming Bond movie Casino Royale.

The fair-haired Craig was tapped last October to play the secret-agent icon.

"EON Productions angered fans around the world when they fired Pierce Brosnan at the height of his popularity as Bond," said a statement on the site. "To add insult to injury, EON cast a short, blond, odd-looking Daniel Craig in the role of Bond."

"Craig, described by The New York Times as having a 'pale, flattened face and large, fleshy ears' is a terrible choice for Bond. If EON Productions and Sony Pictures will not accept they've made a big mistake, then Bond fans promise to boycott Casino Royale!"

Britney says singing lullabies improved her voice

Britney Spears is sure she'll make a spectacular pop comeback, because her singing has improved since she gave birth to son Sean Preston last year.

The pop princess claims crooning nursery rhymes to the five-month-old has enhanced her voice.

She reveals, "I'll sing Mary had a Little Lamb. And I'll make up stuff. I found out after the baby I can sing!"

Spears recently got into trouble for driving her SUV with Sean Preston unsecured in her lap.

Mick Jagger visits son in Brazil school

Mick Jagger sparked a commotion when he made a surprise visit to his son's Brazilian school.

The rocker — who is touring South America with the Rolling Stones — stepped into the Sao Paolo school for 30 minutes to see six-year-old Lucas, his child with model Luciana Morad.

When pupils realised the star had arrived, they ran from their classrooms to catch a glimpse of him.

The singer was reportedly forced to leave when paparazzi descended on the school.
