and what makes you think that just because qazi does,nt say YOW YOW any more that he has become arrogant.😡

Qazi is one of the most humble persons.The love and adulation that qazi got from the public could have made him arrogant but it did not.Anyother person in his place could have gone berserk with all that attention but not qazi.
