Rajshri's Oriya film sweeps Chitrapuri aw

At a time when Sooraj Barjatya-directed VIVAH shoot is progressing in full swing, Rajshri Productions (P) Ltd's Oriya film SHAASHU GHARA CHAALIJIBI has bagged 11 prestigious Chitrapuri Golden Jubilee Awards at Sahid Bhawan, Cuttack this week. The Chitrapuri is the biggest and the most renowned film magazine of Orissa.

The categories were Best Film SHAASHU GHARA CHAALIJIBI, Best Director Shri Basant Kumar Sahoo, Best Writer Jaswant Gangani, Best Lyricist Swaroop Nayak, Best Hero Siddhant Mohapatra, Best Actress Anu Choudhary, Best Supporting Actress Aparajita Mohanty, Best Female Singer Tapu Mishra, and Best Cinematographer Abhiram Mishra.

Earlier this month, SHAASHU GHARA CHAALIJIBI also bagged five awards at the 30th Chalachitra Jagat Awards for Best Film, Best Director, Best Music Director, Best Actress and Best Playback Singer categories.
