Jassi rushes up the stairs of her home to her room. She looks shocked and disoriented. She asks pleadingly to Babaji (God) what is happening. She goes through the recent events in her mind. She recollects Purab's words when he gave the two gifts to her (compass and watch) that he wanted her to direct his life and be his partner along the road of life. She is shocked with Purab's marriage proposal.
She suddenly register that Balwant was calling out to her. He tells that there is phone call for her. She goes downstairs hesitantly. She nervously takes the phone from her dad and says 'Purab' (instead of 'hello'). Armaan is on the other side. He looks shocked!Armaan tells her he is Armaan Suri. Jassi in surprise says 'aap?' (you) Armaan tells up till now it has been him only him . He asks her whether she remembers Gulmohor and tells that her come to office, as he needs to speak with about something very important and after a short pause adds 'please'. Jassi's expression softens, she responds with a 'ji' (yes).
At Gulmohor, as Raj enters is office and moves towards his chair. Pari jumps from behind the chair and screams RAJ, she is carrying a file. For a second, Raj looks startled. He asks her how did she come into the office since she has been banned from entering Gulmohor. Pari tells Raj she somehow managed to sneak inside. Raj tells her that if the security sees her, they will call the police. She looks terrified and looks pleadingly at Raj. Raj produces her confession, places the letter in front of her and hands a pen to her. With a resigned look, Pari takes the pen. Raj looks on holding on to his breath while she signs the paper, and then he immediately snatches the paper. Raj looks thrilled. Pari hands him the file that she was carrying all this while. Raj with a questioning look takes the file. He literally jumps from his chair when he sees the file content. The file contains the agreement signed by Purab Mehra. Raj looks ecstatic; he gets up from his chair and hugs Pari. Pari looks a little confused but happy with the change in Raj. Raj tells her to go and sit in her chair like a queen; he tells her that no one will tell her anything. He will take care of her. Pari is happy, she tells him that Gulmohor means a lot to her. Once she leave, Raj calls Armaan and informs him that he got Pari to sign the confession and also tells him about the agreement signed by Purab.
Jassi is preoccupied when Balwant asks her about the phone call. She looks confused and says who said what? Balwant asks her what did Armaan want. She tells him that Armaan wants her to go to Gulmohor. Balwant wants to know the reason, but Jassi does not know the reason.
At Gulmohor, Armaan is sitting in her chair, looking pleased. He recollects how Jassi responded with a 'ji' when he asked her to come to Gulmohor. When AMRIT sees Jassi walking out of the house, she asks her where was she going. Jassi responds that she was going to Gulmohor. Nandu at that moment walk in and hears Jassi response. He asks her why was she carrying the IFH file if she was going to Gulmohor. Jassi discards the file and leaves home in a hurry.
At Gulmohor, Maria looks irritated, she telling someone on the other line that they have the wrong number. Jassi walks-in. Maria is thrilled to see her and so is the gang (Bindya, Maithalee and Ruby). They enquire her about her new job and about her new boss. They ask her whether she has come to meet them. She ruefully tells them that she has come to meet Armaan. The gang looks crestfallen. Bindya lies to Jassi that Armaan is not in his office. Jassi is surprised. She tells them that maybe she must have misunderstood the conversation she had with Armaan on the phone. She looks confused. Bindya comments that Jassi has not changed at all. She tells her that Armaan is very much in the office and adds Armaan cannot live without her.
Armaan is still sitting on his chair, thinking about Jassi. He is happy that Jassi still listens to him. He thinks that now Jassi had two names in her mind, one his and the other Purab…He decides he will remove Purab's name forever from her mine.
At the hotel, Purab is lying on the bed, thinking about Jassi and waiting for her call. The phone rings…Purab picks up the phone immediately thinking it is Jassi. Aryan is on the other line. Purab looks irritated when he hears Aryan voice. Aryan tells him he his back (from Banglore). Purab ask him what is he supposed to do. Aryan tells him he has the required shares. Purab tells him that he will call him when the time is right and hangs the phone. Purab cannot wait anymore and calls Jassi's residence. AMRIT answers the call. Purab does some small talk with her (asks her about her and Bebe…), and then he asks for Jassi. Balwant is in the same room listening to the conversation. Purab asks whether Jassi left any message for him. AMRIT finds this question a little strange, she responds with a no and asks him whether everything is all right. Purab says yes and tells her that he called casually. He hangs the phone.
Meanwhile, at Gulmohor, Jassi walks into her old office. She reminiscences about the time when she was working in this office. Then she hears Armaan saying everything is left as it is, only you are not there. Armaan walks in the room slowly. He walks towards her and stretches his hand forward. Jassi takes his hand. They shake hands. Both smile. Armaan tells her that from the time she has gone, her room door as always been left open and that he still calls out for her when he needs something. Jassi is overwhelmed. He tells her that Jassi has always been there for him during crises, but this time there was no crises, he wanted to share some happiness with her. She is happy for Armaan. Armaan tells her that he wants her to come for the board meeting that is scheduled for next week. He continues that he wants to thank her in front of the board members for organizing the most successful fashion show in the history of Gulmohor. Jassi is touched. They are still in Jassi's room. Armaan clicks the Purab Mehra link on the computer. Jassi looks but this action does not yet register on her mind. Armaan then removes a business card from his pocket, and tells Jassi that he has decided to give Kohinoor to Purab Mehra. He then clicks another link on the computer and Purab Mehra picture comes on the screen. Jassi is stunned. Armaan tells Jassi that she would be surprised to know that Purab owns 50% of Gulmohor's share including Mallika's share. He pauses, letting this news sink, and then he adds that Aryan is the one assisting Purab in getting the required shares. Jassi is dumbstruck. Armaan tells her that all this happened without his knowledge. He asks her to imagine how he felt when he got to know about this devious plan to buy and sell his Gulmohor without his knowledge. All this while Jassi has not said a word. She seems in a shock. He tells her he can expect Aryan to get down to this level, as Aryan always wanted to be Gulmohor's chairman. Aryan clicks on a link on the keyboard, and another picture of Purab comes on. Armaan muses that Purab looks decent but is totally the opposite. He asks her something…but she rushes out of the room without responding…Armaan calls out to her, but gets no response from her. She is totally upset. She looks as if someone has betrayed her real bad. Her mind fills with all the times that Purab asked her or made reference to Gulmohor. She remembers the time when he told her that he was planning to take over a company that was in problem. She remembers the time when Purab asks her about Armaan and the explanation he gave when she asked him how he knew Armaan. She realizes that he lied to her. She then thinks about the good time they had…was he using her???...
