It's not about getting upset and stuff. I think you are taking each point too seriously!
Anyone's health can be affected if he or she works in the sun for too long and Prats was just showing some concern about it! As for today Raunak getting tired if a person goes around working in 5 construction site in the sun he is bound to get tired by the end of it! It's common. And anyways in reality heat waves are taking place in India so it's bound to be very hot .
