^^^Jyoti's already said that she specifically wants Pankaj to renounce any claim to her baby. So she is not going to do that, or else, she could have done it by now w/ DNA tests. Besides, who'd swap their baby? And even if they did, they can even prove who the mother is w/ DNA tests, not just the father, and prove in such a scenario that Jyoti is the mother of the baby whose father is found to be Pankaj.
No, the thing to happen in this serial would be for Neelam to be due long before Jyoti, and that's bound to make all the Vashishts suspicious.
