In PR, the police are either super efficient or have no other work................always a SENIOR officer arrives in a JEEP with 4-5 hawaldars, to "arrest" the culprit..............
WOW.........guess hindi movies and real life incidents - of the police not doing their jobs......is an incorrect picture............
