I think it is understandable that neither Simi nor Abhi were physically intimate on the their first night alone together. I think (and hope) the writers will take their romance after marriage slow. We do need to realize a lot has happened in the past few days - a rushed marriage, Simi's mother disowning her, Abhi getting kicked out his own house, walking the streets without anywhere to go. Now the two of them are spending their second night together; Simi and Abhi are still in the same clothes - who knows when the two of them have showered or brushed their teeth, so gtting intimate can't be alot of fun right now.

I liked the night and agree to Laila and I want Simi to be with Abhi and move together!!
Romance will follow but the whole idea is also to consider him a part in her life!!

For me even if Abhi had showed uo @ the gurudwara when she was praying wud have been great!! Coz he had seen the Kheer she made and then he must have thought she wud do what she used to do for her mom'sw birthday wud have been great to watch!

Simi also appreciated Abhi's gestures of kindness; she smiled, closed her eyes and cuddled up to him resting her head on his chest. She stayed there the whole night. When she woke up she made sure he was covered and left some kheer for him. For Simi this is big.
