One of your Modz said that modz are selected on what they contribuit ... what have the SRGMP team contribuited? I know so many people that have posted more posts than the modz take you for example ... they guy below you has posted more than 10 times ur post so I dont know what to say.

I don't mean to be rude but what do moderators do besides banning accounts (in SRGMP section)

I have figured out modz cannot be changed because they don't want to change.

And thats a a fact because up till this date you havn't showed any reason why modz sholdn't be changed.

P.S I think you have posted more posts here than you have posted all month.

hey yaar... i know i have posted much more than dolly di but modz have different types of work to do.... coz she is a CREATIVE HEAD for the IF Newsletter she probably doesnt get time to post as much coz all their hard work can tell in the beautifully designed newsletters... basically, she is probably always busy doing the newsletter therefore she posts less msgs...

but i jus wanted to tell u that moderators dont get picked on the amount of posts... they get picked on wat they can do/offer to this brilliant forum... i know ur probably thinkin y i havent been made a mod... well that i dont know xcept that all the modz here are jus soo sweet and hardworkin so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz appreciate everything do are doing for us here...

Bluemango I have explained to you all your questions so not sure why you keep beating on this. Like I mentioned its not a easy task and getting the right people is not easy . Besides a show like this people are too passionate and sometime are not able to see the big picture so getting them to moderate is not going to be helpful. Why are u out to insult people who take time from their personal lives to help out.

I dont go 2 SRGMP section but i dont know wat u find WRONG with the dev team of tht section.

Jem di, anju di, soumya and sujalfan are all gr88 people and they are doing a gr88 job.

i think that it is hardest 2 moder8 a reality show bcuz the member ger 2 obsessed with the ppl they root for and they go as far as to attack the other contestants or members who are fans of those contestants.

maybe you are the real problem. Mods wont need 2 work as hard if all of you followed the rules. How hard is it to peacefully express your views without attacking people or cursing or spamming?

IF dev team works really hard to make IF what it is and each and every member of the dev team deserves to be thanked and applauded and definately not critisized. being a mod is hard stuff. if you cant appreciate thm thn dont critisize thm.

and tht goes for all sections

i know i am not yet a mod but beleive me bro.... ive had many websites and it is really hard doin everythin. for example- 1 sec u cud be sortin out an argument, nxt second puttin up latest articles,gossips,pics,updates and then after dat u cud be sortin out other people's individual problems...

so once again bro... plz do understand wat the modz are tryin to say as we all try to understand all the members feelings and it can be very hard keeping all members in 1 forum happy....

I totally agree. Modz are human beings. N I think they are doing a wonderful job. Cuz there are so many things they have to take care of. 😊
