D COMPANY TRYIN TO SUE A CASE AGAINST IND

According to news on ajj tak news channel it came up wid the bollywood connections wid the d company and always media blamming the company as a terrorist .seeing this one of the members of D" company has said tht they will issue a case against indian government and media for saying tht they are the global terrorist and the d company member has said tht he will surely sue a case but not in india some foreign country he said tht dawood ibrahim will come back to india and stay there openly

wat u think is it right to say tht d company has surely done this or its just a publicity stunt by the channel or if its true how will india be affected by this!!
