Akaash is lying to Mehtas about the Flat .. and making them invest in it ..once they have spent 75 lacs .. I do not see them coming out of it .. I think that is really really wrong on his part ..

Also MotaBhai is shown as very samajhdaar and world wise , street smart kind of Man , he should not allow for 75 lacs to be invested in such a scheme ... he should know .. a bird in hand is better than two in bush .. It will be against his character to agree to such a scheme

yes but i think that they will invest in this scheme..

and then it will more difficult for mehta's to save themselves from ashwin..

and also akash will find it difficult to gain their trust in him..

i think they would invest money in that scheme..... and then it would be hard for them to get their own money back... but i think it is necessary for story to go on that way.... once money needs to be spend and then Ashwin comes in front of all..... and story will move on!!! 😊

and dont forget aakash is only doing his job!!!! nothing personal!!!! but i think he would fall for tina very soon.... and then it would be fun to watch what he would like to save his love or his job....!!!! 😳

Problem is Mehta family trust him and consider him their family member who always help them...
One on hand Akash is doing is job and doing wrong to their family and on the other hand started loving their daughter...
He is creating problem for himself in his future...
