doctor says that anandi's hand wld heal n she can write her exam if she takes care for few days. all r happy except dadisa. anandi n jagya r studying for exams n sumitra gets milk for both. gehna helps anandi to comb her hair.
after few days, anandi is able to write. she is happy that she wld be able to give her exams. dadisa taunts her that, master wld have to borrow some marks since he wldn't have enough to give her. jagya n anandi are giving their exams. Jagya gets scared seeing the questions. he asks permission from teacher n goes to loo. he meets his friends who tell him abt cheating using chits. Another teacher(whom he n sunder had bribed) sees this. he sends all the friends of jagya and then threatens him. he searches jagya's pockets n gets some money. he takes it n sends jagya to write exams.
suguna is singing songs for baby n shyam is searching something in the cupboard. the toys fall down. suguna is scared abt those toys but shyam reassures her but she doesn't agree n tells abt nandu's kidnap. she throws the toys. the sound is heard downstairs.
