Sony and Hats Off Productions' Sukh By Chance has been having a surprise element in the story line ever since Mohan Mehta, the eldest of the brothers gets the possession of Rs. 3 crore all of a sudden!!

Mohan Mehta (Sanjeev Jogtiyani) has all the while been curbing his family from using the money that does not belong to them. But the person who is responsible for sending this money to Mohan Mehta has not been revealed till now!!

According to our source, "With the entry of Harsh Chayya, few secrets will come to the fore. He plays the evil real estate investor Himmatbhai who is actually the guy who has sent this big a money to the Mehta family. Though the guy has never come before the family till now, the motive behind all this will be revealed in the coming episodes. His main intention is to make the family spend the money so that they get caught in his trap. He also aims to make the Mehta family pay thro' their nose once they use the money".

However, there is much more to it. "Himmatbhai is actually the younger brother of Mohan Mehta. The Mehta family in total has four brothers of which Himmat is one. He had a different way of seeing life, when compared to his elder brother, and that had made him leave home and earn his living in his own way and become a big shot. Himmat dislikes the principles and straight forwardness that his brother possesses. So in order to put down his brother, and to convey to him that his principles and school of thoughts do not work, he has sent this money, and is waiting for the golden opportunity when his money will finally be utilized by his brother Mohan", informs our source.
