Abhi is quite mature for his age. Otherwise he would not go to the extent of making sure Simi does not take wrong decisions for family sake. That is the basic concern he is showing. His way of dealing things may be mixed with the youthful zest. It doesn't mean he is immature. Ultimately he solves problems his own way. When it ends up in a good cause, one need not consider the pattern of problem solving.
Helping Simi and treating her civil after RB incident, his kindness without leaving her alone in that insecure place without even knowing who she was, not exploting her helplessness in that secluded place like RB, going to the extent of preventing her marriage to a wrong person like RB, consoling her and giving her one good day without her usual tensions when the society is ridiculing her for not getting married to that womaniser, helping her dad out by securing his shop after dealing with RB, requesting Anuj's return when he could have asked what he came for, respecting RS and coming for the shop ceremony in spite of getting insulted, thinking about finding a job and home to provide security to his future wife, managing to prevent Manju's attempted suicide by whatever way, staying out and looking for Neetu all night when he could actually have gone back home saying its not my concern, getting Neetu released to uphold family honour and the latest by not informing Nakul about the roka that happened because it will put Neetu's marriage at jeopardy when RS will be forced to tell the truth about Neetu's condition. An actual immature person would have run away if made to face all this problem. So at 22, he is mature enough. If all this is considered immaturity and childishness, SO BE IT.
Then his anger and calling out to his mom. Any individual who goes through tension needs an emotional let out. He just did that. The security parents seek while chosing an alliance is understandable. Well all that parents look for in an alliance like family, wealth, guy's job,etc is fine in Abhi's case. Abhi's mom is involved in asking for Abhi-Simi marriage not that he is a lafanga without family support.Parents want children's happiness. Abhi makes her happy. So that problem is also solved.
Coming home uninvited . Abhi and Anusha can come home any time. RS has accepted Roka from Anusha in front of public view. So it means things are official and they are welcome to meet each other to take the alliance further. And again its Anusha's daughter's sasural. So she is welcome that way too. The meaning of a engagement/roka is that the premarriage session is official. Its not like in the west where sometimes parents take appointment to meet their children. And coming home in spite of knowing Simi's decision. He knows the alliance will not click for Neetu also in the long run cos they cant hide her pregnancy. So with that her so called sacrifice will also be wasted. He knows she has taken a wrong and impulsive decision. So he is here to make sure she is saved.
He is mature than impulsive Simi. She takes problems all to herself, does not discuss with anyone not even with her ever-supportive father. A mature elder daughter will seek parental help in dealing with issues like prospective groom being a womaniser, Neetu's abortion decision. She takes it upon herself, continues to dig herself into problems, is on the edge of the cliff when she realises she cant manage. Then she calls out for help. With overconfidence she starts dealing with problems but quickly loses hope and breaks down crying. And obviously Abhi is around to console and help. She is immature. The recent one being a feather to her thinking cap. She thinks Neetu's pregnancy is a bunch of grapes that can be hidden.
Manju slapping RB
She is also impulsive. Even after that she went ahead in preparing for the wedding and baraat. Its because of RS and Abhi that she was saved. She was annoyed with Simi and RS later for cancelling the wedding.
She is currently palming of her pregnant daughter to Omi. Again impulsive. She does not think of the consequences when they learn she is pregnant. Even for Manju is pregnancy a bunch of grapes.
About limitations in love.
Neetu's so called Saccha pyaar is ridiculous. You dont throw yourself in bed with someone you are meeting second time. No decent guy will keep you with him in a shop well past midnight. He would care and drop you safe back on time. No sincere fellow makes you pregnant knowing pretty well what it means. No one is that out of senses that one can say sleeping with a guy was impulsive. You dont get pregnant by looking at each other. Requires some effort . So this rule applies to Neetu.
Love just happens. You dont wait to ask..hey just wait...how old are you....lemme think if i can start loving you. bhi has all good qualities that a woman can like. His characterisation has been discussed earlier also.A woman begins to appreciate a man when he does not force his thoughts or person on her. Any girl will develop a liking to a man who treats her civil even in adverse situations. So what is the problem in Simi loving Abhi. Just the simple reason that he is younger than Simi. Well no reasoning then.

I like the way Simi is scared now each minute what Abhi is upto. She well deserves this torture. But I am worried about Neetu. Simi says in precap if she had known Omi is like this, she would not have said yes to Nakul's rishta. Even if Neetu hears this, she may think its Simi's plan to avoid marrying Nakul. So villain 2 is at home only. Still we need to have confidence in Abhi.

I have replied to Iam Indians comments.
Had left out a reply for whats highlighted. Adding that now.
Its unhealthy opinion that its okay to have goodlooking and cute guys as boyfriends and not to take them as husbands. Well this again is not part of how the so-called Indian way of thinking should be.
The second highlighted one..Abhi is so childish. Wish there is proper explanation for that.
